Mary Wentzel

Sometimes you have to go through a lot of life to finally discover who you were meant to be, where you feel your best self. I always felt I was an artist. I just knew that the creative spirit, born to my mother, somehow, had transferred to me. I always felt that creative confidence she gave me was forever mine to tuck safely in my back pocket. To carry with me along that unpaved road of self-discovery. I enjoy telling stories with my paintings. Rich, layered colors and detailed patterns allow the viewer to discover what speaks to them.
